About the Marantec Digital 382 (868 MHz)
This flat mini handset has two rubberised buttons, a red light, a keyring loop and a darker back, and runs a fixed Multi-Bit code at 868 MHz. It’s the current replacement for the older Digital 302 and works with Marantec’s Comfort 211, 220.2, 250.2, 252.2 and 257.2 openers, plus 868 MHz versions of the Comfort 260, 270, 280 and 370 openers. It won’t operate bi.linked systems.
Is this your remote?

What it looks like: This flat, slim mini handset has two rubberised buttons, one larger than the other, a red light, a keyring loop and a two-tone grey finish, darker on the back.
Don’t mix it up: It looks the same as the 433 MHz version of the Digital 382, but that one is a uniform grey all over rather than having a darker back, and the two aren’t interchangeable.
Also sold as: Digital 382, D382-868, Digital 382-868.

How it’s set up
This is a fixed-code remote: it sends the same signal every time, so you set it to match the code your door already uses, either by copying it from your current remote or by setting the same code inside it. Rolling code vs fixed code explains the difference.
We email simple steps for your system with every order, and if it won’t pair, email us and we’ll walk you through it.
