About the Nice FLO2R-S

One of the most common Nice garage remotes in the UK, this two-button fob uses a 52-bit FloR rolling code. It’s been discontinued and replaced by the Era Flor FLO2RE, though the newer Era One and Era Inti ranges also work on the same FloR-compatible receivers.

Is this your remote?

Look on the label or the back of the remote for:

FLO2R-SFLOR-S433.92 MHz

What it looks like: A fob usually with a black case, two blue buttons, a red light and a keyring loop.

Don’t mix it up: It looks very similar to the fixed-code FLO2, which despite the resemblance has internal switches that this rolling-code version doesn’t.

How it’s set up

This is a rolling-code remote: its signal changes every time you press it, so a universal copying remote won’t work. It has to be paired with your system, either at the motor or receiver, usually with a learn or program button, or from a remote that already works. It normally takes a couple of minutes.
