About the Nice ECCO5BO

This miniature black fob with four orange buttons is Nice’s NiceHome ECCO5, using a 64-bit rolling code designed for Nice’s consumer AVIO 600 and AVIO 1000 systems as well as older MHouse openers. It uses NiceHome’s own coding rather than Nice’s FloR or O-Code systems, so it won’t work with an OXI, SMXI or FLOX receiver from the professional range.

How it’s set up

This is a rolling-code remote: its signal changes every time you press it, so a universal copying remote won’t work. It has to be paired with your system, either at the motor or receiver, usually with a learn or program button, or from a remote that already works. It normally takes a couple of minutes.
