Which BFT remote do you have?

The ones you’re most likely to find:

• Mitto Cool is BFT’s current handset, sold in two and four button versions and usually blue, though yellow, grey and white versions are also made.
• Mitto Style is a four button handset with a black case and a printed BFT logo on the front.
• Kleio is a soft-touch alternative sold alongside the Mitto range on the same systems.
• The original Mitto is an older, egg-shaped handset in blue or grey. BFT has discontinued it, though many are still in use.

All of these use a rolling code, so a universal copying remote will not work.

The button count and case colour are usually the quickest way to narrow down which handset you have.

No clear label? What to photograph

These usually settle it:

• Your handset, front and back, so we can see its colour, button count and any printed text.
• The control panel or receiver on the wall near the door, plus any label on it.
