Who’s behind WhichRemote
WhichRemote is a new shop. It launched in September 2026, so there aren’t many reviews yet. This page says who runs it and how your order is protected, so you can decide for yourself.
Who runs it
WhichRemote is a trading name of Freddi Lavender, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Email info.whichremote@gmail.com and a person replies, usually the same day.
What we do
You send a photo of your remote, motor or control box. We tell you which genuine replacement fits, for free, and you don’t have to buy it from us. If you do buy, the remote is the manufacturer’s own, never a copy. We send simple set-up steps with it, and help by email if it won’t pair.
How your order is protected
- Payment. You pay on Stripe’s secure page. We never see your card number.
- Wrong remote? The optional £6.99 Correct Remote Guarantee means we replace it or refund you if we identified the wrong one.
- Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving it to cancel.
- Discontinued? If a maker has stopped making a remote and we can’t supply it, you get a full refund, delivery included.
- Faulty? Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
- Delivery. Orders go by Evri, and we email you when yours is on its way. If we can’t deliver within 30 days, you can cancel for a full refund.
