How to add a Somfy Keygo io remote to a Dexxo Pro io motor

For: Somfy Dexxo Pro 800 / 1000 io

Before you start

• Each button is programmed on its own. A button already stored on one receiver can’t be programmed on a second receiver.
• Programming a button that is already stored on this motor clears it.

Add a button at the motor

1. Press and hold PROG on the Dexxo Pro motor until its light comes on (2 seconds).
2. On the Keygo io, press the outer right and outer left buttons together. The remote’s indicator light flashes.
3. Briefly press the button you want to run the motor. The motor’s light flashes for 5 seconds.

• Repeat for each button.

Copy one button from a Keygo io that already works

A is the working Keygo io and B is the new one. This copies one button.

1. On A, press the outer right and outer left buttons together until A’s green light comes on (2 seconds).
2. Press the button on A that you want to copy, for 2 seconds.
3. On B, briefly press the outer right and outer left buttons together.
4. On B, briefly press the button that should run the motor.

Good to know

• If your motor’s setup has the P4 option switched on, every stored button becomes a partial-opening button. Email us if you need a full-opening button.

Deleting remotes

• To clear one button, program that button again from the motor. To clear every remote, hold PROG on the motor until the light blinks (7 seconds). This also removes the system key the motor stored.
