How to add a Somfy Keygo or Keytis RTS remote to a Dexxo Pro RTS motor

For: Somfy Dexxo Pro 800 / 1000 RTS

Before you start

• Only the PROG button matters here. The motor has a small display.

Add a button for full opening

1. Press and hold the motor’s PROG button for 2 seconds. The display shows F0.
2. Press the button on the remote that should open and close the door.
3. The motor’s light should flash for about 5 seconds and the display should change to C1. That is the motor confirming the button is stored.

• Each button on your remote is a separate channel, so repeat from step 1 for each button you want.
• The motor holds up to 32 channels. Doing this for a button that is already stored clears it, so don’t press the same button twice.

Other functions on the same motor

These extra functions are also in Somfy’s manual. Each starts with PROG presses at the motor, and then you press the remote button:

• Partial opening: hold PROG for 2 seconds (F0), press PROG once more (F1), then press the remote button.
• Remote-controlled lighting: hold PROG for 2 seconds, then press PROG twice more (F2), then press the remote button.
• Each short PROG press moves the display on: F0, F1, F2, then back to F0.

Deleting remotes

• To clear every remote, hold the motor’s PROG button until the light blinks (about 7 seconds). Don’t hold the SET button for 7 seconds instead: that wipes all the motor’s settings.
