UK delivery is £3.99 per order, by Evri, and we email you when it’s on its way.
Where and how
We deliver to UK addresses only, by Evri. The charge is £3.99 per order, however many remotes are in it, and it’s shown before you pay.
Your remote is posted to you directly by our supplier, so the parcel may not come from our address. We email you when it’s on its way.
If it’s late
If we can’t deliver within 30 days, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
If it’s damaged or hasn’t arrived
Email us as soon as you can with your order details and, if it’s damaged, a photo of the parcel and the remote. Your order is our responsibility until it’s delivered to you, so we’ll deal with the courier and replace it or refund you.

We send simple set-up steps for your remote by email, and you can also read them any time in our set-up guides. Changed your mind? See returns and refunds.
